About the role:
Veho is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Salesforce Specialist to own and optimize our sales technology stack and drive operational excellence. This role will be instrumental in optimizing our revenue streams and operational efficiency, focusing on the unique challenges and opportunities within the logistics and delivery sector. You will partner with key stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Client Success, Operations, and Finance to drive revenue growth, streamline and automate manual workflows, and enhance data sharing mechanisms between Sales and Operations. You will leverage data-driven insights to develop strategies on how we use our sales technology, manage critical systems, and implement processes that support Vehos rapid expansion. This role will require a strong understanding of technical systems and processes required to drive efficiency and standardization to the Sales organization.
Who you are:
Own and optimize the commercial tech stack, including the transition from Hubspot to Salesforce, sales engagement tools, data enrichment, generative AI, marketing automation, contract management software, and quoting and billing systems.
Develop and manage reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing, sales, seller performance, product-market fit and revenue generation.
Partner with the Sales team to improve sales processes, forecasting accuracy, and deal velocity, focusing on the unique aspects of selling Vehos logistics solutions.
Work closely with the Operations team to enhance data accessibility and accuracy required for capacity planning, network strategy and overall operational requirements to service prospective clients.
Lead cross-functional projects to implement new systems, processes, and initiatives that support Vehos growth objectives.
Develop, implement, and maintain Sales Operations policies and procedures to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency
Provide training and support to team members on commercial tools and processes.
Champion automation and AI-driven solutions to enhance sales workflows.
Monitor adherence and address any deviations to ensure accurate and timely output
What you bring:
Bachelors degree required.
3+ years of experience and strong technical expertise in Salesforce or HubSpot (e.g.,held roles in Salesforce administrator), either solely responsible for Salesforce/HubSpot or part of a very small team responsible for that
Experience with other GTM tech stacks and how they integrate to Salesforce/HubSpot
Experience in Sales Operations or a related Revenue Operations role, preferably within a logistics or technology-driven delivery company.
Experience implementing new tools and optimizing existing GTM tech stacks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication (English), collaboration, and project management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Self-starter, detail-oriented, and comfortable being the operational backbone of a growing GTM function.
Experience guiding and supporting sales teams around clean data entry, metrics and sales activity.
Experience with SQL, or other data query languages is a plus.
