$ 4.087.000,00 (Mensual) Contrato civil por prestación de servicios Por Horas Teletrabajo

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of US$ 5.6 per hour in the applicant’s local currency
Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 8h per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Los Angeles, CA Time with 1-hour unpaid break Pacific time.

Work Arrangement: Work from home
Contract: Independent Contractor
Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

Analysis of the Project Plans, providing the Estimate of the project to Sales & Marketing department
Analysis of the Plans, identifying inconsistencies and providing RFI to the Architect or the Owner
Checking the list of Exclusions and Allowances and Specifications in the Contract. Making sure we are not doing the job which is not on the plans. Making sure we are not agreeing on the materials which are more expensive than that in the Estimate.
Checking the shop drawings from the subcontractors
Proposing solutions to minimize the budgets (offering different suppliers of the finishing materials: windows, etc)
Keeping the log and database of all materials suppliers

Requirements

Fluent in Spanish and English
Engineering degree on Construction
Work experience in the same or relevant field
Ability to work on the construction volumes estimator's software
