Overview:

As a Remote Video Editor, you’ll start on a flexible contractor basis, with the opportunity to prove yourself and advance into a full-time position over time. Key Responsibilities:
• Edit videos following reference examples closely to match style, pacing, and overall creative direction.
• Produce polished, engaging content tailored to the preferences of top-tier influencers and business clients.
• Adapt quickly to various editing styles with minimal guidance.
• (Optional) Use basic graphic design skills (e.g., Photoshop) to create thumbnails and other visual assets that enhance video presentations.

What You’ll Need:
• Technical Proficiency:
• Strong skills in at least one professional-level editing platform (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Eye for visual storytelling, pacing, color correction, and audio balancing.
• (Bonus) Experience with Photoshop or similar tools for graphic design projects.
• Reliable Setup:
• A capable editing workstation (your own computer) and high-speed internet to handle large file transfers efficiently.
• Communication & Work Ethic:
• Excellent English comprehension and the ability to follow dialogue and instructions accurately.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented approach, thriving under minimal guidance.
• Adaptability to different client styles and a willingness to refine your approach based on feedback.

Compensation & Growth Path:
• Initial Contract Period:
• Begin as a contractor with an hourly rate, flexible hours, and the freedom to work from anywhere, adding this role to your existing freelance portfolio.
• 3–6 Month Review:
• Demonstrate consistent quality, reliability, and a strong work ethic. In return, you’ll be considered for higher hourly rates and more regular project allocations.
• 9–12 Month Advancement:
