Position: Recruiter Schedule: Monday to Friday Location: On-site (Solvo Global office) Seniority: Entry-Level / Hyper Junior Industry: High-Volume Recruiting About the Role Were looking for a results-driven Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging candidatesmaking 75+ outbound calls per day and moving talent efficiently through the hiring pipeline. If you love talking to people, enjoy working with targets, and have experience in recruiting or sales, this role is for you! Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing & Outreach Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and databases. Make 75+ outbound calls daily to connect with potential candidates. Send follow-up messages/emails to keep candidates engaged. Screening & Qualification Conduct phone screens to assess alignment with job requirements. Clearly communicate the role, expectations, and benefits. Shortlist qualified candidates and move them quickly through the pipeline. Interview & Hiring Coordination Schedule interviews with operations or hiring managers. Confirm attendance and send reminders to minimize no-shows. Support candidates throughout the hiring process until the offer stage. Pipeline & Database Management Maintain an updated pipeline of active and passive candidates. Keep accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or internal trackers. Track daily/weekly metrics: calls, interviews, offers, hires. Performance & Target Management Meet daily and weekly recruiting targets. Deliver staffing results within established deadlines. Proactively report risks or delays to the supervisor. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Partner with Operations and HR for hiring needs and profile updates. Provide feedback on sourcing trends and recruiting challenges. Adapt quickly to changes in hiring volume or priorities. Skills & Competencies Technical & Job Skills Comfortable making 75+ outbound calls per day. Strong communication and persuasion abilities. Skilled at handling objections and engaging candidates. Time management and ability to meet deadlines. Experience working in fastpaced environments. Basic computer skills: email, spreadsheets, online forms, job boards. Behavioral Competencies Results-driven & persistent follows through and doesnt give up. Proactive takes initiative without waiting for instruction. Adaptable adjusts easily to changes in priorities or processes. Accountable owns goals, targets, and responsibilities. Team player works well with Operations, HR, and peers. Ideal Candidate Passionate about recruiting and talking to people. Comfortable working with targets and fast deadlines. Experience in high-volume recruiting or sales is a big plus.
