Creative Project Manager

Salary: $1,350 USD/month
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM CT

Role Overview:

We are seeking a confident and highly organized Creative Project Manager with experience in TV production, broadcast, or commercial video content. This is a coordination-heavy role built for someone proactive, solution-driven, and unafraid to speak up. You’ll be the central connector between internal creative, production, strategy, and media teams—helping to keep fast-moving projects on track and ensuring every deliverable meets internal expectations.

You’ll be responsible for managing timelines, routing feedback, flagging production risks, and ensuring deliverables get full approval before launch.
This is an internal-facing role (no client calls) but requires strong communication, ownership, and poise under pressure.

Responsibilities:

- Own timelines and production flow across creative and media teams
- Oversee creative workflows for TV commercials, digital ads, and UGC-style content
- Route scripts, videos, and edits through internal review and approvals
- Flag legal, production, and brand risks early—before they become problems
- Review edits and rough cuts for quality, branding, and compliance
- Coordinate with legal, strategy, and leadership to align on final outputs
- Manage bookings, releases, and talent-related documentation
- Monitor project status and help eliminate blockers
- Be the go-to person for keeping everything moving and aligned

Required Tools / Platforms:

- Wrike (project management)
- G Suite / Google Workspace
- Zoom
- Bonus: Familiarity with Workamajig, Robohead, or similar workflow tools
- Bonus: Awareness of AI tools and modern production workflows

Success Indicators:

- 100% on-time project delivery
- High satisfaction from creative, strategy, and production leads
- Proactive problem-solving and early issue flagging
- Projects flow smoothly from concept to completion

Work Requirements:

- Strong written and verbal English

- Stable internet with backup
- Headset for meetings and coordination calls
