Position Overview We are looking for a Junior Lawyer to join the Legal team with a focus on supporting B2B operations in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have an analytical profile, be business-oriented, and have the ability to work across commercial and operational teams. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze B2B commercial contracts (MSA, SOW, NDA, addenda, service provision). Identify legal risks and propose solutions aligned with the business. Support contract negotiations with corporate clients. Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams for the efficient closing of agreements. Follow up on signing processes and keep the contract repository organized. Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal guidelines. Qualifications Law degree. 13 years of experience in commercial contracts. B2 level English (ability to review contracts and hold professional conversations). Experience or interest in B2B environment and LATAM regional operations. Organized, detail-oriented profile with good negotiation skills.
