Role Overview

Process Analysts work closely with department teams and leadership to evaluate and enhance workflows, proposing essential solutions to optimize the organization’s core operations. They are responsible for process mapping, identifying improvement opportunities, and presenting actionable recommendations that drive efficiency across both departmental and company-wide workflows.


They deliver process maps (such as flowcharts and diagrams) and policy documentation, providing the UX team with a continuous flow of information and updates to be applied to the company’s knowledge base.


Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Employing various and versatile research and process mapping techniques to accurately capture and represent business processes.

· Collaborating with subject matter experts to generate innovative ideas for workflow solutions.

· Understanding and mapping high-level interdependencies, identifying blockers and inefficiencies, suggesting solutions (in collaboration with IT/Data).

· Working with the UX Research Specialist to propose automation ideas.

· Performing continuous review of cross-functional needs.

· Working with UX Team Members to gather accurate information for the continuous update of policies, procedures, and formal documentation.

· Working closely with Business Intelligence Analysts and System Administrators to drive workflow improvements.

· Following up with users and SMEs after the implementation of process changes to ensure proper adoption and assess positive impact and development.

· Performing Value Assessments on core processes.

· Meetings with leadership groups to analyze interdepartmental workflows

· Participating in company-wide initiatives and assigned squads as the Knowledge Management representative

· Participating in process planning sessions

· Contributing to company-wide process skills-sharing

· Reviewing and analyzing departmental core processes and propose improvements

· Delivering documentation and diagrams to the SharePoint Design Specialist for their publication and dissemination

· Create squad documentation and update documents impacted by changes introduced as a result of company-wide initiatives and squads/committees.

What we’re looking for:

· At least 6 months of experience as a process analyst, or in a similar role.

· Advanced, or native level written and spoken English proficiency.

· Proficiency in process mapping techniques and tools

· Proficiency in process improvement methods

· Proficiency in written SOP documentation

· Attention to detail

· Organization

· Teamwork

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Analytical and conceptual thinking

· Multi-tasking abilities

· Assertive and efficient communication

· Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment

· Your own reliable and updated PC, a headset, and a reliable internet connection. (at least 30 mb/s).
