We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team at our Fabricato site in Medellín, Colombia. If you have experience in mass recruitment within the BPO industry and are passionate about finding top talent to support dynamic business needs, we want to hear from you!
Job Description:
As a Recruiter at Concentrix, you will ensure staffing requirements are met by identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent. You will work closely with various clients to assess their hiring needs and interview candidates for open positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation and administration of recruitment programs
Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, as well as perform background and reference checks
Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants
Provide recommendations to hiring managers on candidate selections, and work with stakeholders to offer competitive compensation packages and facilitate negotiations
Source qualified candidates through various resources, including the internet, community organizations, print media, informal/formal networks, colleges, and trade associations
Maintain accurate records and reports throughout the recruitment process within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools
Ensure compliance with local hiring rules and regulations
Develop an in-depth understanding of job specifications, including required experience, skills, and behavioral competencies for each role
Represent the companys image to candidates and external providers, maintaining high ethical standards throughout the recruiting process
Candidate Profile:
Less than two years of relevant recruitment experience
Bachelors degree (preferred)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Self-starter with a sense of urgency, capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor with the ability to build relationships
Strong attention to detail
Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
Qualifications:
A degree in Psychology or related field is preferred
Previous experience in recruitment, particularly in mass hiring for the BPO sector, is a plus
